More than 50 artists and cultural organizations will participate in this year’s “Art in the Park” event on Saturday, June 5 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the grounds of Westminster City Hall at the intersection of Locust, Longwell and Key Streets, two blocks northeast of the intersection of Maryland Routes 32 and 27.
On display will be paintings, drawings, collage, photographs, fine prints, sculpture, and stained glass. A dozen roaming musicians, singers and and dancers will perform. Free craft activities will be available for children.
Festival goers will be able to park free in the garage adjacent to the park. The event is sponsored by The Carroll County Times, Carroll County Recreation & Parks Department and the City of Westminster.
