Beginning June 22, The Carroll Arts Center will partner with Westminster’s downtown businesses to present free family movies every Tuesday evening at 7 p.m.
No advance tickets will be distributed. Seating is first-come, first served. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and concession sales will benefit the Arts Council’s scholarship fund.
