What are some challenges you face on a daily basis?
Being a woman in a predominantly male driven business can be a challenge day in and day out. We embrace our roll within this difficult industry by using our ears first and then by applying a different perspective to help suit any situation we would encounter on a daily basis. During this past year and dealing with all of the ups and downs of doing business in a world with COVID; has really afforded us the opportunity to use our listening skills, our empathic sides to help everyone navigate around a world with such uncertainties. We have all taken special pride in opening up all lines of communication with our customers and informing them of the precautions we are taking with their safety in mind at all times. As women we can appreciate attention to details that are peripheral from the actual work completed, and in these times, this is often left out of the equation.
What do you love most about working in Carroll County?
Living where you work and working where you live provides us all with the opportunity to help build a closer, more close-knit community. We are fielding calls literally from our neighbors, and we take the responsibility of making sure they are taken care of very seriously. Let’s face it; building and nurturing customer relationships is just in our DNA, and that’s one of the main reasons we can thrive in a service-based industry. We truly care; and are willing to prove it during every single interaction.
