The Taneytown Heritage & Museum Association is sponsoring the annual Holiday of Trees, Wreaths, & Centerpieces. Local individuals businesses, and organizations participate by decorating one of the items. All decorated items are donated for a silent auction benefitting the Taneytown History Museum. The decorated items will be on display in the lobby of the NWSB Bank a Division of ACNB Bank, Taneytown office, located at 222 East Baltimore Street, Taneytown, Md.
Public viewing, voting and silent auction hours:
Mondays – Fridays: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. – 12 Noon
Saturday, December 17th: 9:00 a.m. – 11: 00 a.m.
The items will be voted on by the public. A collection box is located by each item, monetary donations will be used as the voting system. All monies collected in the voting boxes will benefit the Taneytown History Museum unless otherwise indicated.
Prizes will be awarded in each category.
Visitors voting concludes at 11 am.
Raffle prize winners will be drawn immediately following presentation of awards.
Silent auction concludes at 11 am.
Winning bids will be announced at 11:30 am.
Winning bidders must pick up and pay for items 11:30-12:30 on December 17th.
