Prediabetes Information Session

For ages 12 – Adults. One in three Americans has prediabetes. Do you? Prediabetes increases the risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. But there is good news. Most prediabetes can be delayed or even reversed! This information session will go over the proven lifestyle changes you can make to delay or reduce your risk of complications from diabetes and the free or low-cost resources available to you in the community.
