Robot Ruckus is a summer fun-filled camp for 7-12-year-olds whether they already build or program robots like LEGO® MINDSTORMS® or not. Youths who attended LEGO Fun camps or similar before with host Partnership and Inspiration for Engineering Education and Entrepreneurship (PIE3) will take their skills further and robot rookie campers will be welcome. High school robotics team members including Robo-Lions FIRST® Robotics Competition Team 2199 will help campers build rockets and rovers and explore science, technology, engineering, and math with robots, software, laptops, and LEGOs.
Dates and Time: Aug. 5-9 and Aug. 12-16 (Monday-Friday): Participants may enroll in either the morning session from 9 a.m. to noon or the afternoon session from 1 to 4 p.m.
Cost: Cost is $200 per session and includes daily snack and one T-shirt. A discount of $10 per session is given for multiple sessions.

Host: Partnership and Inspiration for Engineering Education and Entrepreneurship is the host for Robot Ruckus. PIE3 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that inspires K-12 graders to be interested in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) though robotics programs in Carroll County, Maryland, and surrounding areas. PIE3 has more than
20 affiliated robotics FIRST teams in Carroll County and Howard County, Maryland.
