Sunny skies and farmers’ markets are synonymous in places like Carroll County. Rolling hills to the north, south, east or west lead you to places where you can fill up your tote bags with the sweet smell and beauty of fruits, vegetables, fresh cut flowers, baked delights, jams and jellies.

The markets listed below highlight the county’s homegrown or homemade delights. Many markets include demonstrations and activities – as well as finds for browsers with shopping lists that include such unique items as granola, herb balm, heirloom vegetables, or even raw wool.
