More than 700 people descended on downtown Westminster March 12 to participate in the 6th Annual Celtic Canter 5K run. The race was followed by St. Patrick’s Day themed events including crafts, games, a Highland games demonstration and a pub crawl.  –  by Kym Byrnes, photography by Kelly Heck
