The Flood Zone in Union Bridge held its fourth annual anchored mini boat parade on July 12 to benefit the Union Bridge and New Windsor Fire Departments. The boats are anchored in Little Pipe Creek and are part of a week long series of events to raise money for the fire departments. – photography by Nikola Tzenov
