Carroll County Arts Council is proudly supporting the Carroll County Arts Council.
For over 50 years, we have cultivated a community of visual artists, craftspeople, musicians, film buffs, dancers, and countless other creatives in
Carroll County and beyond. It’s our mission to give Carroll residents, visitors, and artists a wide variety of arts opportunities that culturally and economically enrich our community. Whether it’s the Foreign Film Festival, a jazz concert, an intriguing gallery exhibit, or the beloved PEEPshow, our dynamic programming delights and educates visitors all year long.
As the cultural hub of Carroll County, we want to see the arts flourish throughout our community. That’s why we offer grants to local arts organizations, help fund public art projects, and offer arts scholarships to students in need. This outreach helps make the arts accessible for all.
