Cabin Fever Art Show
This indoor fine art and craft exhibit will showcase the Nature inspired work of our local artists. A $1 admission fee per person will be collected at the entrance of the Nature Center. Proceeds from our art show are used to help support the Piney Run Recreation and Conservation Council. Vendors will be on hand and local artists will be displaying their artwork throughout the Nature Center and the Yurt. Light refreshments will be served.

IBR Bull Riding
International Bull Riders (IBR) was established in 2001. Since its inception, the IBR has sanctioned hundreds of events. Each year IBR pays over $100,000 in prize money and awards. The northeast is alive with exceptionally vigorous bull riders, and it is the IBR’s goal to provide generous prize money, impartial judging, outstanding livestock, and a triumphant victory for an International Bull Rider!

See what all the Oscar buzz is about when you view these mini-movie-masterpieces! Grammy nominee Guy Davis is considered to be “America’s greatest link to the blues right now” (Windsor Star). His recent albums have been nominated for a Grammy, as well as for Best Acoustic Artist and Best Acoustic Album by the Blues Music Association, while his album Kokomo Kid was named Acoustic Record of the Year by Blues Blast Magazine – just some in a long string of awards.

Penguin Random House Book Fair

9th Annual Celtic Canter 5K & Irish Festival
St. Patrick’s Day 5K that benefits local charities Access Carroll and Target Community and Educational Services. The 8th annual Celtic Canter takes place in historic downtown Westminster with a picturesque start/finish. Downtown Yoga will host a warm-up session in front of the library starting at 8:30am. After the race enjoy a post-race party, awards ceremony and Irish celebration complete with pub crawl, live music, vendors, and activities for children.
