Box Lunch Talk: The Land Preservation Program of Carroll County

Presented by Deborah Bowers. The Carroll County Agricultural Land Preservation Program administers various programs, with the goal of permanently preserving at least 100,000 acres of agricultural land. Deborah will give an overview of the program and its success.
