Christmas Carroll

A free Holiday Benefit Concert and Community Sing, “The Christmas Carroll” sponsored by Carroll County Arts Council will be hosted on behalf of The Shepherd’s Staff and the Northeast Social Action Program (NESAP). The concert will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023 beginning at 7pm at Winters Mill High School, 560 Gorsuch Road, Westminster, MD.
The holiday concert featuring festive selections from local musicians, choirs, and artists will be complete with audience sing-alongs and favorite tunes that will get everyone in the holiday spirit. There is considerable breadth given to the music slated to be performed; last year’s selections included Joy to the World, Tchaikovsky’s Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy, Mary Did You Know, and concluding with The Hallelujah Chorus.
Admission is free with a charitable donation of personal care essentials, wipes, baby items or nonperishable food items. Seating is first-come, first-served as seating is limited to 600. No ticket is needed and there is no charge for the concert, although a free will offering will be taken.
