For ages 15 – Adults. Gluten-free foods are everywhere! But is this a diet you need to be on? What’s the difference between celiac disease and gluten intolerance? Join Registered Dietitian Dana Mealing in this class to discuss these things and more while enjoying lentil-based pasta with the best vegan cheese sauce. This class is provided through The Partnership for a Healthier Carroll County and Carroll Hospital. This event requires a payment of $5.00 per registrant to attend.
