Dare to Dream Poster Contest

For ages 11 – 13. Pick up your kit to participate in a poster contest sponsored by South Carroll Lioness-Lions Club. This year’s theme is Dare to Dream. The contest is exclusively for children 11 – 13 who meet birthday eligibility. Kits will be available at the library starting September 25 and will be due back by October 23.
