For ages 15 – Adult. The ServSafe Food Handler course, taught by a Certified ServSafe Instructor, provides basic food safety knowledge. This two-hour class covers the following five key areas: Basic Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, Cross Contamination and Allergens, Time and Temperature, and Cleaning and Sanitizing. At the end of the class, participants will receive a certificate after completing a 40-question assessment. This event requires a payment of $15.00 per registrant. Registration is required.
