What is love…a community event supporting domestic abuse survivors and positive expressions of love

Springboard Community Services is hosting WHAT IS LOVE in Westminster City Park to show support for survivors of domestic violence and to celebrate positive expressions of love. Springboard is Carroll County’s primary provider of services to assist victims/survivors of domestic, familial, or interpersonal abuse. WHAT IS LOVE will feature the Clothesline Project, a public art exhibit of t-shirts decorated by survivors with heartfelt messages that convey the devastating impact of abuse and the resilience to move forward and end the cycle of abuse.
