Film Lovers in Carroll County (FLICC) hosted a screening of the 2008 film “Bottle Shock” on Friday, September 15, at the Carroll Arts Center. The evening’s audience was welcomed, via Skype, by Marcus Notaro of Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars, the creators of the winning cabernet in the films infamous blind tasting.
