What advice would you offer to women starting their own business?
Research, research and more research! There are so many ups and downs when starting out, you want to have your bases covered. Network!!! Find local and online groups that pertain to your business and join them. There is nothing better than having a group of women to bounce off your ideas with and get positive feedback and or constructive criticism. Their support is priceless!
What do you love most about doing business in Carroll County?
The diversity.
What do you look forward to when you go to work?
I never know what’s going to come thru that door! It’s like Christmas for me when amazing consignments come in and I love helping women find their “new to them” perfect piece of clothing or outfit at a fraction of retail.
