“My Left Hand,” a documentary focused on a 31-year-old father’s battle with cancer, will be screened at the Carroll Arts Center on Friday, June 25 at 8 p.m.
The subject of the film, Josh Isaac, wrote and produced the film, which features an original soundtrack by Carroll Countians Kevin and Sean Thornton. The 110-minute film has been shown in the 2009 Seattle Jewish, Tacoma and the Seattle True Independent Film Festivals.
Admission to the screening is free. A goodwill offering will be collected with all proceeds going to the Northwest Sarcoma Foundation, a nonprofit foundation based in Portland, Oregon. The Northwest Sarcoma Foundation is committed to providing education and support to patients and families living with sarcoma, and serves the Pacific Northwest-Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and Montana.
