The Celtic rock band, The Rogues, who hold the title of “America’s No. 1 Celtic Band,” will play a return engagement at the Carroll Arts Center on Saturday, September 24 at 8 p.m. Their recording of “Bonny Portmore” appears in the 2011 film, “The Irishman,” starring Christopher Walken and Val Kilmer.
