The Carroll County Arts Center galleries were packed during the opening of the 13th Annual Carroll County Arts Council Member Show on Thursday, September 3. The show features 144 pieces created from a variety of media, including sculptures, paintings, quilting, jewelry and mixed-media. This is the first year each piece exhibited will be for sale.
