For ages 14 – Adults. The ServSafe Food Handler course taught by a Certified ServSafe Instructor provides basic food safety knowledge. This two-hour class covers the following five key areas: Basic Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, Cross Contamination and Allergens, and Cleaning and Sanitizing. At the end of the class, participants will receive a certificate after completing a 40-question assessment. This event requires a payment of $15.00 per registrant to attend. Registration is required.
