What is your definition of success?
My response hasn’t changed since 2004. Success is in the eye of the beholder.
Quality of life to include God, family, good health and happiness, financial freedom, and the opportunity to serve others is absolutely my definition of success.
As a company, we’ve learned a great deal about success through gratitude, humility, and perseverance. We pivoted almost immediately in March 2020. Although strict safety measures have always been in place, we included additional procedures to ensure the added safety of our team and of our clients in the changing pandemic climate. We experienced so many positives amidst unprecedented challenges.
Our company is built on concrete, not sand. Our systems and procedures are strong. Our business relations secured by mutual respect. We proceeded like buffalo, staying as strong as possible as we pushed through the storm of 2020.
Grateful seems to an appropriate word when describing all of the goodness that we experienced during a very trying time for our community.
The support, trust, and commitment did not waiver. We remain grateful for our Carroll County community.
