What advice would you give to women just starting a business?
Take a heart-led approach, and place a strong focus on conducting business in an ethical, compassionate, and respectful way. Not only will your employees notice, but your customers will, as well. Kindness and respect are truly contagious.
Additionally, trust your instincts and decisions. Far too often precious time and money are wasted on the inability to make a decision, or for simply taking too long to make that decision. Trust yourself and be confident. You got this!
Finally, give back to the community. There are so many valuable opportunities to help Carroll County based organizations by volunteering your time and/or making donations. Not only will you be contributing to the greater good of Carroll County, but you will also make great friends and business associates along the way.
