Barnes Gardens “Tree Man” Sculpture

Six houses and five gardens will be open to visitors when the New Windsor Heritage Committee holds its “A Day in the Garden” home and garden tour on June 12 from 1 to 5 p.m. Artists, quilters and craftsmen will be working on site in the featured houses and gardens, master gardeners will be on hand to answer questions, and the tour will include a plant swap and a flower pot auction. Tickets will be on sale at the committee’s Fountain Shop on New Windsor’s Main Street for $15 on the day of the tour, but can be obtained in advance for $12 at the Carroll Arts Council, the New Windsor Heritage Committee Museum and branches of the New Windsor State Bank.
